  1. BS 175 new pr (shy on depth)/ 185 no rep
    WOD- 294 reps total (65 lbs, actually did double unders with my new, handy, dandy, pink jump rope…yay!)

  2. BS – 85/115/125 x 2/ 130 (5 sets of 5)
    WOD – 129/124/113 … 366 total (hang cleans instead of push press/ 65 lbs)
