For time:

800 M Run (MMS)
Rest 4 minutes

At the end of the 4 minute rest break perform the following every minute on the minute for 10 minutes of:

10 Push Presses (115/80)
Max Double Unders during the remaining of the minute

Post run time and total double unders to comments.

Compare to 10.23.12

1) Max Distance KB/DB Farmer’s Carry (200 M Route) in 7 minutes

    Thank you everyone for all the congratulations I received for my graduation. The four years of endless studying, and hard work finally paid off. Each of you has impacted my life in some way or another. Some of you have made me a better athlete, some a better coach, and some just a better person. I am thankful for each and every one of you and the friendships we share at the gym. Just about every day I would walk in the gym someone would ask, “how is school going?” and offer words of encouragement or advice. I appreciate all of that so much, it kept me motivated and focused on my goals. I hope to continue my education and start physician’s assistant school sometime within the next year. Whenever that time comes and I have to move away I am going to miss all of you guys so much. I look forward each day to coming to the gym and watching you guys work hard and become healthier, happier people. The “family” atmosphere we have at the gym is incredible and I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. Again, thank all of you for everything and thank you for all the congratulations and words of encouragement sent my way.
