For time:

1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

    Thanks so much for the fun today. Been a long time since I had a chance to burn that much gun powder. I look forward to doing that again.

  3. 58:45 (yes slower than less time, one hurl stop……and I will not say what I think of this WOD because I would spend a lot of time doing burpees)

  4. 49:51 (red band, 10-20-30) 8 min slower than last time…glad to be back though! Being sick all last week wasn’t fun!

  6. 45:46 rx’d 3 minutes slower than last time but I used a blue band on pullups last time. Got the WORST….CRAMP on my second like and had to walk some of it
