10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time:

CFM will be offering Foundations class beginning today. Class times will be Monday and Thursday 7:15-8:15.  This will now be a requirement for all new athletes.  See Getting Started for details.

If you have not signed up and scheduled your hotel room for the mud run, you must do it this week.  Information on local hotels is located at the gym. 

Achievement:  Unless you try to do something beyond what you already mastered, 
you will never grow.

  1. 18:58 (155 lb bench for sets of 10, 9, 8, 115lb bench for remainder of sets. 95lb push press. 35 lb KB)

  2. 26:59 (205/155/70) I will also be posting Allison’s score due to the fact she can’t lift her arms higher than her waist. Allison 23:46 (95/75/20 DB)

  3. 22 25 I think I know Amanda and finished about same time but her one minute sooner! 115 on 10 and 9 then 95 from that point on on bench, the 95 push press, and 26 kettlebell.
