So proud of everyone in the gym!! It was so impressive watching all of you kill 13.1!! I can’t wait to be back in the gym this summer. I feel a tremendous sense of pride to be part of such an amazing gym and group of people. Thank you all so much for your support to me and my brother. From the kind words to the advice on form or whatever it may be, I appreciate all of you. The last time I checked our gym was ranked in the top 35 teams world wide and top 5 in the region. In my book, there is not a better gym in the world that can mold someone into the best physical, mental, and spiritual person that they can be. For anyone that is new to CrossFit Murphy, I strongly recommend listening to the training and dietary advice given by Erik, Allison, Rey, Ashley, Matt, Amanda, and Zack. They are all amazing resources and have the ability to push everyone to a level of fitness that may not even seem possible. Thank you all again. This gym has been a true blessing to me and my family.
