“Team WOD”

One team member will row a 250 meter inverval.  The team member rowing sets the pace.  Other team members will rotate through the following stations for max reps.

SDHP (95/65)
Box Jumps (24/20)
Seated DB/KB Power Clean (50/35)
Med Ball Cleans (20/14)
