With a continuously running clock do one Power Snatch (115/80) the first minute, two Power Snatches the second minute, three Power Snatches the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    It is always amazing to see the number of Crossfit members that come and support those competing. At the last WOD, I looked over at the bleachers and half of them were taken up by Crossfit Murphy, it makes me want to work harder, just to not let you down.
