“Typically the worlds best athletes are minimalists when it comes to their training.  They work hard and fast with few exercises. They master the fundamentals and work with them for years.   This is the secret that no one wants to hear.”~Greg Glassman

A big thank you to all the members of our Murphy Crossfit that came to support all our athletes at the Garage Games. It was a sacrifice for all of you to make that trip and we all appreciate it very much ~ just one more thing that makes our gym so special!

Thank you to all that came to garage games this weekend. It was fun but it would not have been without all of the support from you that made the trip. You all were great!

It is always amazing to see the number of Crossfit members that come and support those competing. At the last WOD, I looked over at the bleachers and half of them were taken up by Crossfit Murphy, it makes me want to work harder, just to not let you down. Sounds strange, but you just being there makes a difference. Thank you
