    WOD 20:21 Note to self, next time do 115 and you won’t have to stop after the round of 8 and drop weight. IDIOT! Your not 25 anymore, quit trying to act like you are…and you can’t squat like Zach O so your not strong enough to do this wod perscribed. Your time was terrible because you were an IDIOT! Learn from this!

    BS: 185/205/225/235 (should have went to 245)

  3. 15:31 @ 95lbs (lateral burpees and I literally only jumped over the bar once…serious mental breakdown)
