4 Power Snatches (115/80)
8 Back Squats (115/80)
12 Plyo Push Ups

Rx’d + (135/95)

1) 4 x 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

2) 50 V-Ups not for time
