Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

Thanksgiving week schedule:

Monday-Wednesday-Regular schedule
Thursday (Thanksgiving)-9:00-10:00am Open Gym
Friday-9:00am WOD and 5:15 WOD only
Saturday-Regular Schedule 9:00 WOD and 10:00 Intro

    Jenni – 3:54 ( I was feeling pretty good)/ 4:24 (still ok, but started going numb)/4:44 ( I vowed never to name a child or have a friend named Barbara)/ 4:07 (praying for my happy place now, rainbows and kittens, everything nice etc etc)/ 3:45 ( just wanted to be done and over with, where is that dumb clock I think I went blind) Total – 20:54 (Calgon take me away, far far away, click my heels, it’s protein shake time!
