21-15-9 reps of:

Thrusters (95/65)
Pull Ups

1) 2 x 3 Front Squats + 6 Back Squats

  1. FS/BS 135/145 (20 lbs heavier)
    FRANRAP= 1 full + 8
    And I had to look at the clock….Fran time was a minute faster than August (which isn’t saying much because I’m slow, but it makes me happy).
