Monday 10.4.10

If you have been doing CrossFit for awhile one of the coolest things you experience is your endurance get better. Endurance is on the 10 physical skills you will experience yourself get better at.  Everyone that starts and sticks with it consistently can see a big difference in their endurance to push through a really tough workout or a run.  A group of about 20 members participated in a 5k recently and they can all speak from experience how awesome it was to finish that race and the great times that everyone had!

The strength and conditioning we get through our workouts are constantly varied and make us ready to take on any challenge.  The same is true in our relationship with God.  If we consistently read His word and build on it. Do things that challenge us as Christians.  We have to keep an active relationship and we will see our endurance build and the ability to take on the challenges of life!
