8 Barbell Bent Over Rows (135/95)
8 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
8 Front Squats(135/95)  
8 Push Presses(135/95)  
8 Good Mornings (135/95)  
8 Rack Thrusters(135/95)
8 Deadlifts (135/95)

Every time your hands break from the bar or the bar rest on the ground perform 10 burpees.

    22:22, i think. I was little delirious after doing like 50 burpees. 1st round 75lb, round 2-3 65lb.
