5 rounds each for time of:

20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Air Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments and total time including the rest. (Time Cap: 40 minutes)

October Schedule:

We always talk about how we want to introduce our friends to CrossFit, so let’s invite them.  Every Thursday during the month of October will be “Bring a Friend Day”.  We will run a normal schedule and friends are welcome at ALL class times. This will be a free class.
