With a continuously running clock perform 1 set of the following every minute as long as you are able:

5 Power Cleans (135/95)
10 Burpees

Rx’d + (185/125) or (165/110) choose depending if your strengths are in gymnastics or barbells

Rest 3 minutes…

Max reps in 2 minutes of:

Front Squat @ weight used during WOD

Strength: Clean 3 x 1 (heavy single across, not a 1 rep max)
