Friday 9.7.12

 Two person teams complete the following for time:

Run 1 mile (MHS Loop)


8 rounds each of:

10 Push Ups
15 Wall Balls (24/20)

Partners will both complete the mile run.  Once both partners are back in the room, they may begin the couplet.  Both partners will be working simultaneously.  After completion of the push ups, the medicine ball must be caught in the air upon completion of rep 15 of the wall ball.  This pattern continues until each partner has completed 8 rounds (16 total as a team). Count every time the wall ball hits the ground as a penalty. Every penalty equals a 500 M row.
