Barbell Bent Over Row (185/125)

Run 800 M (MMS Gym)

For time:

4:30-5:30 CrossFit WOD
5:30-7:00 CrossFit WOD(Open Gym)

9:00am CrossFit WOD(Open Gym)

Each Saturday during August will be “Bring a Friend Day”.  We will run a normal Saturday schedule except you can bring your friends to the WOD.  This will be a free class and will not require a drop in rate.

  1. 13:31(4:41 for last 800 m)
    Had some distorted times this morning. Don’t forget to add the 90 second rest break to the 2nd run.

  2. I totally subtracted the wrong two numbers (It’s been a long week).. 6:08 for the 800m (& yes, I teach children ha!)

  3. did 115# and finished in 15:39. i didnt rest for whole 90 seconds, only sixty,evidently i cant count when im tired.
