CrossFit Games Post Games Update     

Friday Schedule: Open Gym 5:30-7:oopm.  The 5:30 class will begin regular schedule.      

We always talk about how we want to introduce our friends to CrossFit so lets invite them.  Each Saturday during August will be “Bring a Friend Day”.  We will run a normal Saturday schedule except you can bring your friends to the WOD.  This will be a free class and will not require a drop in rate.  Don’t worry, we will be gentle.

    Bench: 95×5/90x5x2/80x5x2

  2. 20:06 (53lb SDHP, ab mat sit ups for ttb, 55lb PP, 50lb prowler)
    95lb power clean x2 on the minute for 10 minutes
