As many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes for 5 rounds of:
3 SDHP (115/80)
6 Plyo push ups
9 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
Post rounds and reps for each round to comments.
*Perform a plyo push up by placing one hand on a 45 lbs plate and the other on the ground, perform an explosive push up that allows you to transition the hand on the ground to the hand on the plate and vice versa.
