  1. Pool wod at Columbia MO. Jenni and Kathryn keily swam 50m for 10 min.13 rounds, then 12 min. Amrap 5 muscle UPS, 10 deloads, 15 squats 12 rounds.

  2. WOD: 2 full rounds +40 Double unders +20 wall balls + 5 toes to bar
    Backsquat: 155×2 165×2
    Good mornings: 75-85-95
