Friday 7.30.10

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

For time:

Two WOD times Friday-9:30 for the ones who want to smell good at the cookout and 5:30 for those who don’t care how they smell.  These are the only two WODs.  You do not have to bring anything, but you can if you want to.  Try to make it paleo/zone friendly.  Bring your families.

    I’m glad there is no skin left on the palms of my hands after practicing Kipping pull-ups. I put some hand gel on my hands after leaving the store and thought I was going to cry. I’m so glad we are doing 100 pull-ups tomorrow! Will somebody feed me at the cook out, because I won’t be able to use my hands.
