We develop endurance when we work out everyday. Every day you get stronger, breathe better, your performance and endurance improves. When we take a week off or sometimes longer, we come back and feel like we are going to die. It is the same with our spiritual endurance. It only improves with daily time spent strengthening our faith with God. When we take time away from God, our performance in life weakens. We allow our circumstances to weigh us down, we can’t breathe because our faith is low and we have allowed fear and worry to creep in. The best way to keep you spiritual endurance at its peak performance is don’t miss a day! Feed your heart, soul and mind with the Truth of God and stay close to Him.
