 “Head to Head Hopper WOD”

Competing against a partner, each group will draw an exercise from the hopper.  Both partners will proceed taking turns climbing the ladder doing 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-? reps of the first movement until one partner has failure. 

Example:  Partner A draws pull ups.  Partner A does 1 pull up, then Partner B does 1 pull up.  Each will then perform 2 pull ups, then 3, and so forth.  Each partner must be unbroken during their reps or it will be considered failure.  Each partner will have 30 seconds to begin their rep sequence from the time the last rep of their partner’s cycle or it will be considered failure. 

Each group will draw 2 movements from the hopper.  Any and all movements will be in the hopper as well as various weight loads.
