20 Devil Presses (35/25)
240’ Farmer’s Carry (AHAP)
-DBall – must be held in front, no placing it on shoulders
-Farmer’s Carry – use 2 KB’s or 2 DB’s
1) Devote 15 minutes to mobility work or ROMWOD
