Farmer’s Carry 50 yards
200 Yard Shuttle
-Go as heavy as possible for Farmer’s Walk
-Start by walking 50 yards for farmers walk, set weight down and sprint 200 yard shuttle. One shuttle consist of sprinting 50 yards, turn and sprint 50 back two times.
-This is not a jog, it is a sprint. Recover until you can be at full speed.
