20 minutes of “Chelsea”

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes perform:
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Air Squats

Can you perform 6 pull-ups, 11 push-ups, and 16 squats each minute?

Then…immediately upon completion of the 20 minutes, perform 1 lap around the building.  Post total time including the run to comments.

    I could not bend my legs while running the lap, AWESOME!!!

  2. 23:47– 16 rounds. Got about the first 5 or 6 doing 6/11/16 and then fell back to 5/10/15.
