  1. Round 1 – 4 rounds = 40 reps (135lbs)
    round 2 – 3 rounds + 2 squat cleans = 32 reps Total: 72 reps
    5 burpee muscle ups
    4 regular muscle ups

  2. Rd 1- 4 full + 5 sc = 65
    Rd 2- 3 full + 2 sc = 47
    Total- 112@95(de-load pu)
    Tabata-6 min-ab mat sit up/plank hold/in&outs
