  1. 25 rounds @ 65lbs. Then row 4 rounds for 1045 meters. Then bench press 21 and 15 reps @ 75lbs and 9 reps @ 85lbs

  2. Game WOD – 28 rounds 65lbs

    Row 1 min/rest 1 min (4 rounds) = 1048 total meters

    Run 1 mile – 7:55
