12 Push-ups

WOD with GOD 4.1.11

CFM will be performing the Week 2 CrossFit Games WOD today at 6:00pm.  We will have no other WOD times available on this day.  The goal is to get everybody in together for a great WOD!  Everybody has a great opportunity to post a score this week Rx’d.  We will have both scaled and Rx’d heats.

5:15-6:15 No Class
6:00-? CrossFit Games Week 2 WOD

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training.     First time EVER that I have done a prescribed WOD! It has only taken a year…….lol
    5 rounds, 9 dead lifts, 12 push ups, and 5 jumps.
