Open WOD 14.2

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00 minutes

2 rounds of:

10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

From 3:00-6:00 minutes

2 rounds of:

12 Overhead Squats (95/65)
12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

From 6:00-9:00 minutes

2 rounds of:

14 Overhead Squats (95/65)
14 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

Following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds within the 3 minutes

    Epic Failure on overhead squats!
    completed 64 reps @ 35lbs/blue band
    repeated wod with front squats: 130 reps @ 55lbs/blue band
    post wod: 4.5 mile run
    Maybe I should stick with what I CAN do: RUN!!!

    Cindy, sounds like you did just fine to me. 2 wods plus a run. Good work!
    I did 4 rep @ 95lbs. PR! Good day. A lot of bummed people tonight at CFM, I am proud to call you all friends and for all the effort you put in!

    I did NOT get 64 reps on the first go around it was only 44. Oops. Thanks Tim for your encouraging words!
