10 DB Thrusters + 1 Push Press
5 Burpees

*For DB thrusters + 1 push press, complete the thruster and add an additional push press to complete the rep.

WOD from CrossFit Football

Anyone who wishes to make up the CrossFit Games Open week 1 WOD can make it up today at 6:15.  This will still be a regular WOD time, but I will also validate scores at this time for those who missed last Saturday.

  1. 3:25 / 7 full rounds (messed up on the wod – thought we only had to do one extra push press at the end of the 10 reps of thrusters)

  2. 2:45 and 5 full rounds with several thruster/pp’s don’t remember exact number (25 lb dumbells)
