Complete the following:

3 Power Cleans (reps must be touch and go)
Max Strict Bar Dips

Start at 115/80 and perform 3 touch and go repetitions and proceed straight to strict bar dips for max reps.  Rest as needed.  Add weight until you reach failure, but you may only add weight in increments of 20lbs or less.  There is no time component for this workout.
