Weighted Supine Ring Row

*use 25-45 lbs for weighted supine ring pull up
*use a weighted vest or place a plate on your chest

  1. This is for you. Rounds 10-2=65lbs, Round 1=75lbs (that is counting back of course, if that makes any sense)
