3 Bench Press reps (185/105)
8 Russian KB Swings (70/53)

    Row/abmats – 4 full ( me scaled)
    BP/KB 11 full (55lbs/ 26 KB). Not sure about Ray ( looked like 500 lbs with about 20+ marks on the floor!)
