30 Power Snatches (135/95)

At the 8 minute mark begin:

Teams of 2 complete the following for time of:

100 KB Swings
100 Toes to Bar
100 Burpees (may only do Burpees while partner holds static ring hold)

Only one partner working at a time.

1) 4 x 2 Snatch (must reset between each rep)
