We will be having an introduction to the Zone Diet this Saturday, November 6th from 11:00-12:00.  You must learn how to eat in order to reach your fitness goals.  Free to all CrossFit Murphy members.  $10 to non-members.

Yes, YOU need to make plans to attend the Zone Diet Intro.  You can work as hard as you want during the WOD and still see minimal results if you do not change you eating habits.  See you Saturday!!
