Friday 11.2.12

Teams of 2 complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of the following as a ladder:

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11 and so forth of:

Power Clean and Jerk (135/95)
Box Jumps (24/20)

The goal of the workout is to climb as high into the ladder as possible.  Both partners may work simultaneously, just on different movements.  The rep number on both movements must be achieved before moving to the next number.
