3 Handstand Push Ups
1 Rope Climb

Continue on through 2/4/1…2/5/1…2/6/1 and so forth.

1) For time:

550 M Run
15 Box Jump on and Overs (24/20)
550 M Run

    WOD: 7 full + 6 chin-ups + 8 SP
    (Blue band/45lb/KTE)
    Shoulders in PAIN!!! Had to go easy. More lower body work…pretty please!

    Sub rope climb for 10 v-ups

    Post WOD: 6:44 sub run for row

    A little rope work for the first time!!
