12 Plyo Push Ups

Rx’d + (225/155 from rack)

1) Bench Press 3-5-7-5-3

    …got through 3 rounds of plyos and had to go to deloads

    BP 105/100/95/100/105

  2. SWOD: modified – 10 minutes of rowing for cals and KB swings
    WOD: 8 full + 4 (modified deload pushups for plyos)
