The 10 general physical characterics of CrossFit are, Endurance, Power, Stamina, Strength, Speed, Coordination, Balance, Accuracy, Flexibiblity and Agility.  It is really awesome when you experience this personally.  Your breathing is better, your times are better, overall you feel stronger.  I experienced this watching a volleyball team play together that has been doing CrossFit the last few months.  Not only do they have great coaches but they were in so much better shape.  When it came down to it, they had the endurance and stamina that helped them beat the other team.  The other team was tired and winded by the last game and this team was just getting started.  It pays off to work hard.  It pays off to give it your all.  This team should be proud of themselves!!! 

This same attitude of not giving up when things get hard should carry into our everyday life.  When things get hard push through.  Don’t lose heart or faith.  If we keep ourselves strong in the Word, we will win the race, beat the other team and overall just be stronger!!  The only way to do this is daily spending time praying and reading God’s word. 

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.  Galatians 6:9
