5:55 26lbs (should’ve gone up) – ab mats – 17, toes to bar – 5
10:17 (20lbs snatch and thrusters, 26lbs swing) 6 knees to elbows, 10 ab mat situps
11:36 – started with all 53, by the “6” round I was switching the 35 in at thrusters and by the end of the “4” round I was all 35. The 35 is so much lighter than the 53.
I am very disappointed with my time.
