  1. WOD: 20:02 with the slowest box jumps in the world, breaking 800 times at the wall ball station and the KB’s whipping me senseless
    The next time we work on goats – mine will be wall balls, wall balls oh and wall balls!

    RX’d wod – did not do hspu, but worked on muscle ups – did 8 no time limit

  2. R.I.P. SPC Morrison. Hope I did not let you down and May God Bless your family. Started 12 lb wb/35lb kb/ box steps. Forgot to look at my time but wimped out and decreased wallball to 6 lbs and KB to 26 on set 20, but thankful to finish…
