Bar Facing Burpees

Rx’d + (70/53)

Starting at 9:00 minutes:

2 rounds of:

20 Deadlifts (245/165)
20 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

Starting at 17:00 minutes:

50 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Complete 5 Burpees every minute on the minute until all Chest to Bar Pull Ups are completed.

    Wheels fell off @ 205/reg burpees
    Hurt so bad @ reg pull ups/5 burpees first 2 or 3 minutes then 3 burpees from there

    Wow is all I can say…but I’d do it again

    1 Full + 30 @ 205 & Burpee step ups
    5:40 — Rx Burpee & pull-ups.

    Forgot to look at clock after 50, but I took off minute 20 to assess my situation (and not puke)…sub pullups for CTB. It wasn’t pretty.

    P.S. I think I did 500 burpees because it’s against God’s plan that my body do pull-ups.

    Complete all reps then if time was left return to burpees. 21 burpees
    16:xx 205 DL reg burpees. 30 this round
    24:xx all pull ups. Barely any burpees
