2010 and then started at CrossFit Murphy in 2013

When did you begin coaching at CrossFit Murphy?
August 2016

Why do you enjoy coaching at CrossFit Murphy?
I enjoy seeing everyday people walk through the doors to become the best version of themselves. Each person comes in to enjoy an hour of hard work to achieve whatever their personal goals are in their life. I have met and made several friends that I would have never had if it were not for CrossFit.

What’s your favorite lift or movement?
Barbell movements, particularly deadlifts and cleans and grunt work
If you could give any piece of advice to people about training/health and wellness, what would it be?
Don’t be afraid or try to compare yourself to others that are already doing CrossFit. We all started somewhere. Show up every day that you can and put in the work that you are capable of and the results will follow. The days you don’t feel like going, go and you will thank yourself. HAVE FUN!
