Why do you enjoy coaching at CrossFit Murphy?
Coaching brings me a different kind of joy than my own workouts. I get to see others get better and be excited when they learn something new. I know that feeling, and I love being a part of that for someone else!
What’s your favorite lift or movement?
Deadlifts, Snatch and all things gymnastics!
If you could give any piece of advice to people about training/health and wellness, what would it be?
Make it your priority. So many people try to fit it in to a busy schedule “if they can”. Make sure that your fitness/health is something that doesn’t get moved aside. Set your time, and stick to it.
