Ultimate Frisbee in 10 Simple Rules

“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.  Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.  Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch.  Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, parallettes, flips, splits, and holds.  Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.  Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.  Routine is the enemy.  Keep workouts short and intense.  Regularly learn and play new sports.”~Greg Glassman

Minute 1- Row 15/12 cals
Minute 2- 7 Sumo Deadlifts
Minute 3- 16 DBall Lunges
Minute 4- 16 DB Rows (8 each)

1) Devote 20 minutes to mobility work or ROMWOD

Teams of 2 complete as many rounds and reps in 14 minutes of:

200 M Run
9 Power Snatches (115/80)
3 Rope Climbs

Partners will alternate movements to complete each round.  Partner 1 performs 200 M Run…Partner 2 performs 9 Power Snatches…Partners 1 performs 3 Rope Climbs (1 round complete).

Continue this pattern for 14 minutes.

1) 3 rounds not for time of:

2 40′ Banded Sprints (alternate with a partner, each partner completes 2 each round)
16 Landmine Rows (8 each)
:30 Flutter Kicks
