CrossFit Murphy’s athletes will perform task such as lifting weights, flipping tires, jumping on plyometric boxes, utilizing kettlebells, throwing medicine balls, running, rowing, climbing ropes, muscle ups, various gymnastic movements, and many other skills that daily life will demand of you. Every CrossFit Murphy workout will challenge the most elite athlete or will be scaled to meet the needs of the absolute beginner to CrossFit. Workout sessions usually last from 10 to 30 minutes and are guided by a certified CrossFit Trainer.
