CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit. It is a specifically designed program for children and teenagers 3-18 years old. There is a major difference between how children, teenagers, and adults become more fit and build strength. Our CrossFit Kids program focuses on these variances with the goal to promote fitness at all age and ability levels. CrossFit Kids main goal is to make fitness FUN!!! Your child will learn many skills and life lessons that will be the foundational buildings blocks to grown into productive, hard working, healthy adults.
