Teams of 2 complete as many rounds and reps as possible alternating in 15 minutes of:
7 Bench Press reps
10 Goblet Squats
25 Double Unders
Partners will alternate movements to complete each round. Partner 1 performs 7 Bench Press reps…Partner 2 performs 10 Goblet Squats. Partner 1 performs 25 Double Unders (1 round complete).
