-Rest 1 minute between stations
-Scale for handstand walk will be handstand hold against wall or toes on box handstand hold
-The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.
-Post Tabata score for True Push Ups and Plate GTO to comments, as well as total meters on the row and total distance for handstand walk.
